The weather clutter in the ground mode is also simulated. The auto pilot is very well simulated and requires some study to use. The finest propeller sounds I have ever heard in desktop simulation. If in doubt contact simMarket support first! User Documentation Documentation includes a systems tutorial, sample flight guide, Control Panel application tutorial, checklists and performance tables. Some people have reported problems getting the Q400 started, which seems odd as it is literally flicking a few switches. All animations of gear and flaps look smooth and accurate.
Starting the plane you will see the cockpit come to life. So much for the installation and documentation. Very detailed, very good looking. Not following checklists has consequenses. The lighting is strong and very present, but looks believable.
